Bummas Cloth Wipes-Review and GIVEAWAY!**CLOSED**

Bummas are an eco-friendly cloth baby wipe. They are luxuriously soft, and lovingly created to help heal and avoid diaper rash without special powders or creams, as well as guarding parents from "surprise squirts!" These wipes were created primarily to gently dry your baby's bottom!

On Bummas' website you can find what a few doctors have to say about avoiding diaper rash. They highlight the importance of keeping the bum clean, cool, and dry. They discourage the use of talc powder, that can be harmful when inhaled, and encourage gently patting, rather than scrubbing. Bummas are perfect for this very thing. They are 100% cotton woven velour terrycloth (ie: luxurious softness), and made in the USA. They are a convenient 5" by 7" size, nicely fitting into conventional wipes containers. They can be used as wet wipes as well, by just adding water, or even as a washcloth.I received a 10 pack of "The Wild Ones" for review. As someone who has learned that it is indeed crucial to keep baby's bum dry, I found Bummas to be really nice to have around! When I change my daughter's diaper, I use cloth wipes, but they are all wet. I often would stand there and try to let it dry, or pat it with her diaper, but this just transferred the dampness to the diaper. I had never thought of having a cloth there to pat her dry. I love this concept. They are truly soft and comfortable for her too.

I also used Bummas as wet wipes and found they absorbed the liquid nicely and were great for wiping! My baby girl and I happened to have a busy day out of the house after I received the Bummas, so I got to use them in a variety of ways. I carry a little bottle of solution (water with a tad of baby soap) in the diaper bag for when we're out and about. I used them as wet wipes by spraying a little solution on them. At lunch, her oatmeal got all over her face, so I used Bummas cloth to wipe her face. It was really gentle and she didn't complain a bit! We went to the pool with some friends, so before putting on her fresh diaper afterword I patted her dry with a dry Bummas wipe.

Can you tell I'm a huge fan of these things already? I'm liking them a lot more than my flannel cloth wipes! Seriously, there is nothing I can say against them, but just in case you're too busy to read all of the above, here's a quick list of things I like about Bummas:

1. The great concept of having a special wipe to pat baby dry after cleaning.
2. The great colors! There are several color themes; The Wild Ones (pictured above), The Tropical Ones, The Girls, The Boys, and the Calm Ones.
3. The convenient size (nice fit for any conventional wipes container).
4. The softness of the velour terry cloth.
5. I like their versatility in that they can be used as wet wipes, to pat dry, wash cloths, or just to block surprise pee. (This is a great idea even for girls...they may not "squirt," but they do sometimes pee during changing and if you can "catch it" soon enough it can make clean up easier!)
6. They truly do not shrink or fade with washing. The texture is exactly what it was before. Pretty amazing.
